Thank you for choosing to visit the Brighton Centre, we look forward to welcoming you. As a venue we pride ourselves on being inclusive and have spent time working hard to improve the facilities and service we offer to our Deaf and disabled customers. We are delighted to have been awarded Gold Status by Attitude is Everything for our continued commitment to their Charter of Best Practice.
We’ve put together an Access Statement which you will find useful. It includes clear information about getting to the venue and parking, our early entrance policy, an arrival guide, making your way around the venue, the accessible facilities available in the venue, our Respite Space, helpful contact details and more. It is available to download via the buttons below.
We hope our Access Statement will provide you with lots of helpful information but if you do have any other questions please check out our Accessible FAQs section or you can contact us here.
We recognise the Sunflower Lanyard scheme and our staff are briefed to understand and support a customer wearing one.
When booking tickets for shows at the Brighton Centre, we ask that customers with accessible requirements contact our box office staff who will provide the best and most appropriate service and so we can ensure that you are given full guidance on our venues facilities. Alternatively you can book online via Ticketmaster. Further information on how to book tickets and provision for Personal Assistants is available here.
We have created an Access Map to help navigate the venue, you can view the map here, and you can also watch a 360 Virtual Reality Tour video of the venue here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NNsPUAJKDPc we made this with local charity Stay Up Late with the aim being to give more information to people who may be anxious about new experiences; the video includes our foyer, bars and auditorium empty before a show and then filling up with people. Visit these links in with a Virtual Reality headset if you have access to one to be fully immersed.
